Leadership defines and drives the DCI Donor Services culture. All managers and supervisors participate in frequent and ongoing management trainings, including attending Leadership Development Institutes. This fits in with DCIDS’ commitment to our vision of establishing ourselves as the leader in the donation community, through excellence and innovation.
DCIDS partners with the Studer Group for consultation on the growth and development of its leaders. We hardwire principles that align all activities and decisions with the organization’s overall goals. We believe in developing great leaders to support the work environment, creating a workplace experience that ultimately improves performance and productivity. Creating consistency in our practice throughout the organization, and putting systems in place that require accountability, will take DCIDS to the next level.
