Organ Donors are Super Heroes!

Batman & Robin are more than just crime fighters to Tennessee Donor Services. They also educate the public on how organ donation saves lives. Using the theme, "Organ Donors are Super Heroes", TDS-K reaches out to the community through parades and special events to pass along the donation message.

Everyone loves a Super Hero like Superman, Spiderman, Batman & Robin and Supergirl. At Tennessee Donor Services, we believe that EVERY organ donor is a Super Hero, and that they save lives by giving the most precious gift of all------The Gift Of Life.

The Super Heroes also visits various children's wards in area hospitals to boost the spirits of young patients who need a reassuring "pick me up".

The "Organ Donors are Super Heroes" theme has won the Kids' Choice Award for the years 2001 and 2002 in the Dogwoods Arts Festival Parade.
