bulletNATIONAL DONOR QUILT is a memorial by the National Kidney Foundation.  Donor families submit quilt squares of their own design dedicated to their loved ones.  Some squares contain portraits of the donor and some are made from the donors favorite clothing or blankets.  Your individual love and creativity form the design.  To submit a quilt square, please call the public education department  for a pattern and instructions.
