Signing up to be a donor signifies your commitment to renew the life and health of others in need. 

You can make your decision to save lives by taking one of these three steps:

bulletSign your Driver's License or State ID Card
bulletInclude donation on your Advance Directive or Living Will
bulletFill out a Uniform Donor Card and carry it in your wallet

Tell your family about your decision to Donate Life!

If your wishes have not been recorded, or donation documents cannot be found, your family will be asked about your wishes.  Now is the time to discuss this important issue with them.
