DCI Donor Services is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team! We are looking for candidates who:

Below are some of the key accountabilities this position will hold:

  1. Executes, monitors, and manages the quality assurance and donor eligibility teams
  2. Assists the Director of Quality and Compliance in achieving and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards and industry driven accreditations
  3. Assists and manages the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality systems and quality assurance as it relates to regulatory compliance, departmental, and organizational strategic goals and processes
  4. Manage the tissue and ocular donor chart quality review and audit by identifying deficiencies and required corrections

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

  1. Bachelor degree or equivalent in a health related field, or appropriate OPO experience in quality system management and medical records
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience with quality system management
  3. CQIA, CPTC, CTBS, CEBT preferred
