DCI Donor Services is seeking a Funeral Home Liaison to join our team! We are looking for candidates who:

Below are some of the key accountabilities this position will hold:

  1. Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with key funeral home personnel, hospital personnel, and staff of County Corners/Medical Examiner’s offices
  2. Conduct routine visits to funeral homes, hospitals, and Medical Examiners’ offices to identify and address concerns or issues. Develop and implement plans to ensure and improve collaboration with funeral homes and corners/ME
  3. Develop tissue/organ donation follow up programs including personal calls and after action’s reviews to funeral homes post donation. Address and resolve issues through immediate contact to effectively resolve issues

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

  1. BA/BS degree preferred
  2. 5+ years in a Funeral Director capacity
  3. Working knowledge of computers and basic data entry skills required
