Personnel management is both a major consumer of administrative time and attention as well a potential area of very real risk to any organization. DCI Donor Services has developed a comprehensive Salary Administration and Employee Incentive Program in order to provide our managers and employees with clear guidelines and expectations for career growth, compensation and personnel management.

We also provide an attractive and generous benefits package for every employee, which we believe, is second to none. A summary of the benefits package follows:

bulletVACATION  - DCIDS provides vacation compensation to all its eligible employees from a minimum of two weeks after one year employment to a maximum of 4 weeks for employees who have been with DCIDS for ten years.
bulletSICK LEAVE  - DCIDS employees accrue 1 sick day per month. DCIDS will buy back unused sick pay up to half the annual allotment.
bulletHOLIDAYS  - DCIDS observes the following paid holidays: New Years Day , Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
bulletPERSONAL DAYS -  DCIDS provides its employees 2 personal days with pay per year.

bulletEDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE After 1 year of employment, full time employees may take courses related to present or anticipated DCIDS responsibilities at an approved school.
bulletMEDICAL INSURANCE Provided for full time employees and their families at minimal cost. DCIDS offers a high option medical plan for full time employees wishing additional coverage.
bulletDENTAL INSURANCE Dental Insurance provided for full time employees and their families at no cost.
bulletPRESCRIPTION DRUG PROGRAM Prescriptions (except schedule II drugs) are filled by the DCI Pharmacy at no cost.
bulletRETIREMENT DCIDS contributes 4.5 percent of an employee’s annual salary into a retirement plan administered by Variable Annuity Life Insurance Company (VALIC). DCIDS also matches at 50% each dollar employees invest in the plan up to an additional three percent contribution. Corporate contributions are conservatively invested and each employee is allowed the freedom to manage his or her investments.
